The position emphasizes flexibility and autonomy, with no weekends or holidays required (optional flexibility), no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, and greater control over work-life balance. Technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) is utilized to reduce documentation time. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Requirements

• Active, unencunbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening
