In this role you will remotely evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention.

• Position is fully remote. Franciscan Health provides equipment. Worker must be agreeable to Franciscan Health Flexible Work Agreement.*

Flexible availability: including days, evenings, and weekends Minimum of 12 visits/month required. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required
• Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
• Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
• Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
• Ability and willingness to work in team environment
