• * Maintain a clean and organized training environment, including equipment upkeep and safety measures.
• * Stay current with industry trends and certifications to offer the latest fitness techniques and advice.
• Required Skills
• * Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• * Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Motivational and inspirational coaching abilities.
• * Ability to adapt training techniques to suit clients of various fitness levels and backgrounds.
• * CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• * Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is a plus.
