Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Ads)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Ads) based in Israel. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to play a key role in driving growth through performance advertising and experimentation. In this position, you will lead the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms while validating new growth opportunities through structured testing. Working closely with product and marketing stakeholders, you will transform insights into measurable business outcomes and contribute directly to customer acquisition strategies. The role offers a high level of autonomy, ownership, and impact within a collaborative and international environment. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple growth initiatives, leverage modern marketing technologies, and influence strategic decision-making through analytics and performance insights. This position is ideal for marketers who thrive on experimentation, continuous optimization, and measurable results. Accountabilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Design and execute marketing experiments to validate acquisition, conversion, and growth hypotheses.
  • Develop media plans, budget forecasts, funnel projections, and campaign performance models.
  • Create or coordinate the production of ad creatives and marketing copy, leveraging AI tools and collaborating with creative teams when required.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking systems, attribution models, conversion events, pixels, and integrations across marketing platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to improve return on investment.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify, prioritize, and test new growth opportunities.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously while maintaining clear documentation and reporting of outcomes.
  • Present performance insights, recommendations, and learnings to stakeholders in a structured and actionable manner.
  • Maintain responsible oversight of advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, campaign setup, pixel implementation, event configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience working with marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, forecasting models, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to develop data-driven recommendations and make strategic decisions based on campaign performance insights.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign execution, or workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native-level Russian language proficiency.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • German language skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
