Job Requirements: Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Minimum 8 years of IT work experience including application system design and implementation. Experience with the following technology stack: Cognos, Tableau, XML, SQL, Ab-Initio, DB2, Oracle Knowledge of multiple development methodologies. Experience with the following: Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Marts, Data profiling, Data Quality analysis and Data Analytics. Advanced SQL query and experience in a data analyst role with strong data analysis and analytical skills Minimum 3 years of database modeling including one or more of the following: DB2, Oracle, SQL/Server or comparable Effective at gathering and analyzing business requirements and current system behavior and collaborating to create system design specification documents including functional specifications, system use cases, mock-ups, and design models. Demonstrated experience working within a complex team environment, working with multiple vendor teams, providing SME support across multiple programs Experience with reference data management/governance and end to end data lineage Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders Strong collaboration, facilitation, and listening skillset Preferred Basic Qualifications: Masters Degree. Strong technology project management skills. Healthcare data experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication Customer Internal and External consulting experience Knowledge about HEDIS, Care and Disease management programs, Stays, Groupers Preferred experience with Ab Initio products like MDH, Query>It, data profiler Exposure to job scheduling systems is a plus IBM Watson Health Advantage Suite experience is a bonus Apply Job!
