The Role: Reporting to the Head of Organic Sales, you will play a key role in driving Raketech's growth across the Nordic markets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and growing strategic publisher and operator partnerships across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. This is a hands-on commercial role combining business development, account management and publisher growth. You will manage existing partnerships, identify new revenue opportunities and work closely with internal teams to maximise traffic, conversions and long-term revenue. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the Nordic iGaming affiliate landscape, an established network within the region, and the ability to build trusted, long-term commercial relationships. As Partnership Manager - Nordics, you will: Build, manage and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher and operator partnerships across the Nordic markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities with publishers and commercial partners. Own the full commercial relationship, from prospecting and negotiations through to long-term account management. Driving growth initiatives to increase traffic, revenue and market share across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. Analyse traffic, conversion and commercial performance to identify opportunities for optimisation. Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise the value of existing partnerships. Collaborate with Product, SEO, Commercial and Content teams to execute market-specific growth strategies. Attend industry conferences, networking events and partner meetings to strengthen Raketech's presence in the Nordic market. Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activity. Prepare sales forecasts and report on pipeline, commercial performance and growth initiatives. Success in this role means: Growing Raketech's network of high-quality Nordic publishers and commercial partners. Building trusted, long-term relationships that generate sustainable revenue. Consistently delivering against revenue and growth targets. Creating new commercial opportunities while maximising the performance of existing accounts. Acting as the Nordic market expert within the business. Proven experience working with the Nordic iGaming market (Sweden, Norway, Finland and/or Denmark) - Mandatory requirement. Knowledge of one or more Nordic languages - Mandatory requirement. Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Publisher Growth, Partnership Management, Business Development or Key Account Management within the iGaming industry Existing network of publishers, operators or commercial partners within the Nordic region. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing commercial relationships and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data to drive business decisions. Experience working with regulated gambling markets.
