Applicants must have experience in hotel sales or event planning. Upon hiring, each evaluator receives thorough coaching and ongoing instruction. Phone Evaluator These evaluations allow hotel sales and catering managers to practice and improve their selling techniques. Evaluators will create scenarios and identities to reputed company hotel managers as anonymously as possible. The evaluator will appraise and carefully score the manager's sales performance according to parameters and key criteria established by the client.
