Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of attention to detail Excellent typing skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles

Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into systems and databases Update and maintain information on company systems Verify and review data for errors or redundancies Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely Communicate and collaborate with team members effectively Resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies Generate reports and assist in special projects as needed
