Working the 11 PM – 7 AM shift, you will be the first point of contact for borrowers navigating the loan application journey, handling payment arrangements, and resolving inquiries with empathy and precision. Your contributions directly influence loan approval timelines, customer satisfaction scores, and the overall reputation of careerzynith as a trusted financial partner. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Night

  • Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, delivering courteous, solution‑focused service.
  • Review, analyze, and appraise loan applications using careerzynith’s proprietary software tools, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Accurately document every interaction in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining a clear audit trail.
  • Provide clear explanations of loan terms, payment options, and next steps, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Process card payments, ACH transactions, and other financial activities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact when handling difficult or emotionally charged conversations.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest lending practices, regulatory changes, and careerzynith product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and collections teams to resolve exceptions and expedite approvals.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly performance metrics, including call handling time, first‑call resolution, and sales conversion rates.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require
