Maintain a positive, confident, and professional phone presence; act as a frontline representative of the DiscountMugs.com brand. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting or exceeding outreach, activity, and scheduling targets. Accurately document all call activities, lead status, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM; provide regular performance and activity updates. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine prospect lists, messaging, and call scripts, sharing feedback from customer interactions. Continuously build product and industry knowledge, adapting your approach based on feedback and handling rejection with resilience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telesales, B2B prospecting, or similar roles focused on generating new business. Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different personalities, keep conversations engaging, listen actively, ask meaningful questions, and clearly articulate value. Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day, handling rejection professionally, and maintaining motivation and momentum. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize follow-up tasks, and use a CRM effectively. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented; you take initiative and proactively drive results.
