YOUR ROLE In this role you will get a chance to develop the specific knowledge in one subprocess area and will participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. You will perform tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision In this role you will play a key role in: Manage customer queries and dispute reslosution Prepares payment batches and post to correct companies Applies payment and code correctly to ensure line item payment & reconciliation Copies and codes large volumes of deductions Extracts bank account statements on a daily basis for cash application purposes YOUR PROFILE Preferred CPG industry, good in communication and e-mail writing skills Perform reportimg automatiom initiatives.
