Optical Learning Experience Designer

Remote · Portugal Full-time

About the Role

Optical Training Institute (OTI) is hiring an Optical Learning Experience Designer to create training that drives skill development and measurable on-the-job performance for optical practices. You’ll leverage OTI’s content library and author network to shape learning that is clear, concise, and job-realistic and you’ll convert lessons into interactive practice (decision points, branching scenarios, troubleshooting flows, “what would you do next?” moments) built for mobile and short sessions. You’ll also write and record new multimedia content when technology changes or gaps emerge (short videos, webinars, podcasts, micro-lessons). In addition, you’ll review content from authors and SMEs to maintain accuracy, consistency, and a strong instructional voice, and you’ll support learners and practice teams by answering content and course-experience questions and troubleshooting common issues.
