Position Details: Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). MSN, MBA, or MHA preferred (will substitute experience for advanced degree). Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Experience: 5-year minimum experience managing operations in hospital or clinic or equivalent healthcare setting. Other skills, knowledge, abilities: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in an expanding department.
