This role sits at the intersection of patient experience and operational excellence, requiring strong written English, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, pre-launch environment. The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, and experienced in healthcare or telehealth operations where patient confidentiality is non-negotiable.
