Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages Support the operational process of travel planning by organizing bookings and itinerary details Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications Assist with organizing travel schedules, documentation details, and trip logistics Monitor supplier updates, schedule changes, and travel notifications Provide support to travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during travel Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information

Qualifications
