Job Summary

• The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Personal Trainer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for fitness professionals who are enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through virtual coaching. You will create personalized workout plans, provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, and offer ongoing motivation and support to clients worldwide.
• Key Responsibilities
• * Conduct virtual personal training sessions with clients via video calls.
• * Develop customized fitness programs based on clients goals, fitness levels, and medical history.
• * Provide real-time feedback on form, technique, and progress.
• * Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement their fitness regimen.
• * Monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments as needed.
• * Maintain regular communication and motivation through emails, messages, and check-ins.
• * Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and best practices.
• * Ensure a safe and effective training environment by adapting workouts for different skill levels.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
• * Proven experience in personal training, preferably in an online setting.
• * Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
• * Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• * Tech-savvy with experience using virtual training platforms (Zoom, Skype, or fitness apps).
• * Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• * Passionate about health and fitness with a client-focused approach.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1-2 years experience in personal training.
• * Prior experience in online coaching is highly desirable.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible hours based on client availability.
• * Expected commitment of 10-20 hours per week, with potential for growth.
