You'll work with messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat widgets, all from the comfort of your own space. Complete flexibility means you can work remotely from anywhere in the world. Your day-to-day will involve fielding customer questions through live chat channels, sharing product recommendations, directing users to relevant resources, and occasionally offering promotional codes to enhance their experience. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet paired with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll also need competent written English communication skills to represent the brand effectively. Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included.
