OnBase Platform Engineer/Admin, Remote Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in OnBase platform administration and engineering.
• Strong expertise in OnBase architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and support.
• Experience with:
• Web Servers, App Servers, Full Text & Data Capture Servers
• SSO Authentication, SSL Certificates
• Disk Group Administration & Encryption
• PAV/NextGen Servers
• OnBase Upgrades, Monitoring & Health Checks
• Multi-thread Scheduler, DIP/DRIP, Timer Services
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows Server & IIS Administration
• SQL Server (Clustered Environments)
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Processes
• SQL Queries and Stored Procedures
• Hands-on experience with:
• Hyland OnBase Administration & Support
• Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms Development
• Unity API Scripting (C#)
• REST APIs
• Splunk and AppDynamics Integrations
• Active OnBase System Administrator and Workflow certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize OnBase environments.
• Support platform upgrades, integrations, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and support enterprise content management solutions.
• Ensure system availability, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
