To build this right, we need someone who's been in the seat. Who we're looking for: A retired or semi-retired Mechanical Integrity / Fixed Equipment leader from a refinery or owner-operator. Someone who has sat in turnaround war rooms, signed off on remaining-life calls, and knows exactly where the current inspection and maintenance workflow breaks down. What you'd do:

• Pressure-test our product against the reality of in-service inspection and maintenance - tell us where we're naive
• Open doors to the integrity and inspection leaders you know across refiners and contractors
• Provide technical feedback to product and engineering teams to help improve the tools used by integrity engineers

What this is: A formal advisory role with meaningful equity in EXO plus a revenue share tied to the deals and relationships you help bring in - your network and judgment compound directly into your upside.
