Our company is currently seeking an Office Assistant/ Entry Level Bookkeeper to join reputed company! While reputed company set and experience are greatly appreciated, attitude and personality play a big role in our small company. Hourly from $16 -$18 depending on experience. Administrative duties (Phones, Mail, Office Supplies, Scheduling, etc.) ? ?Director? of First Impressions ? greet clients, communication ? Data Entry into QuickBooks (we will train you!) ? Obtain primary financial data for reputed company records Qualifications ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Deadline and detail-oriented ? Knowledge of QuickBooks a big plus ? Previous experience in reputed company, finance, or other reputed company fields a plus ?
