This fully remote position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling and the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients experiencing back, neck, and joint pain. Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients experiencing back, neck, and joint pain while working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-growing digital health environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and medical screenings.
• Perform follow-up assessments and manage patient escalations.
• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions via telehealth.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and health coaches.
• Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual care.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum 2 years of Musculoskeletal (MSK) or Orthopedic experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telemedicine experience.
• Health-tech or startup experience.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary care environment.
• Additional state licenses are a plus.
