Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in case management and incorporate them into team processes and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, providers, and other internal teams. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement interventions to enhance member outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
