Role Overview: ✅ Call opt-in inbound leads and start the sales process by uncovering pain (no cold outreach, unless you want to earn more) ✅ Book qualified appointments directly into the sales team calendar (clearly defined, no guessing) ✅ Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to drive show-up rates and urgency ✅ Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) and systems to manage your pipeline and track outcomes You'll Succeed Here If: You have setting experience in a high-ticket industry. We need you to hit the ground running (no customer service enquiries please) You can speak confidently with business owners and dig into real pain points using a proven framework, not a script You're obsessive about CRM hygiene, relentless follow-up, and your own metrics You live and breathe "speed to lead" and "the fortune is in the follow-up" Your spoken and written English is perfect.
