Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct teletherapy services to students in grades K12
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources effectively

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active New Mexico SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing services through virtual platforms
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and special education regulations
