⸻ Minimum Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for Song Wager participation, all creators must: Distribution Requirement All submitted songs must already be commercially released and available on at least one major streaming platform, including:

• Apple Music
• Spotify
• TIDAL

Artists must provide a valid streaming link during the submission process. Songs that are unreleased, private, unavailable to the public, or distributed solely through private links are not eligible. Ownership Requirement Participants must:

• Own or control all rights necessary to submit the music.
• Have authorization from all collaborators and contributors.
• Possess all required licenses and clearances.
• Accept responsibility for any copyright disputes related to their submission.

Original Content Requirement Submitted music must be:

• Original content created by the participant.
• Properly licensed if third-party materials are used.
• Free from unauthorized samples or copyrighted content.

⸻ Rights & Participation Terms By entering a Song Wager competition, participants acknowledge and agree that: Promotional Rights Song Wager may use submitted content, artist names, images, biographies, likenesses, logos, and performance materials for promotional, marketing, educational, editorial, and platform-related purposes. Winner Rights Winning participants may become eligible for exclusive promotional, distribution, licensing, sponsorship, or development opportunities offered through Song Wager and its partners. Where applicable, winners may be required to enter additional agreements governing those opportunities. Non-Winning Participants Creators retain ownership of their original music, subject to the promotional rights granted to Song Wager during participation. No Refund Policy All participation fees, Song Wagers, audience-backed Song Wagers, and related platform entry fees are final and non-refundable.
