Currently, we are looking for a Middle Graphic Designer to make the team even stronger. Location: Poland, Spain, Ukraine, Belarus (remote) About you: You have an amazing eye for design and an ability to utilize all existing assets to their full potential to build a brand You can work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality while adhering to our brand guidelines You have 2-3 years of experience working in an ad agency or creative firm on the creation of digital assets and campaigns You have an intuitive understanding of the social media channels of today; you know the differences between tone and style for each channel and can easily switch between them You have an extremely proactive attitude; you’ll promptly voice any areas of opportunities that you see with a suggested solution for solving them You are highly organized and ability to balance multiple workflows You are a strong communicator; you ask for help when you need it, understand that overcommunication is better than under communication, and have a love of written documentation Tasks and responsibilities: Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements of the other teams. Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software. Working together with UI/UX Designer on in-app graphics and marketing department for promotional designs. Request feedback about the top performing designs to the media agency and social media team. Creation of visual content for advertising campaigns, social media, newsletters, mails, in-app coms, and presentations. Maintain the brand fresh and updated to keep it attractive.
