About The Position We're seeking an experienced and driven agent for a 1099 Full-Time Remote Medicare Sales Agent position. The Sales Agent will be responsible for handling high-quality inbound Medicare leads, advising Medicare plans and benefits, conducting Medicare enrollments, providing exceptional customer service, and handling Medicare-related inquiries. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for agents with experience in Medicare who are producing and ready to grow into an agent-owner opportunity.

What We Offer

This is not your typical churn-and-burn sales role. It’s an opportunity for performing agents to deliver high-level service and earn top-tier commissions for the value they provide.

  • As a 1099 commission-based position, we offer one of the highest commissions in the industry, $200 for each enrollment plus up to $100+ bonuses per policy ($300 total). We also offer partial residuals after one year. Your earnings reflect the effort and quality you provide to your clients.
  • While agents are responsible for lead cost, they do not pay for leads out of pocket. We provide high-quality inbound leads, built to attract seniors actively seeking Medicare guidance so you're never cold calling. This means you’re having high-intent conversations, not chasing recycled leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to execute
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of anticipating challenges and developing solutions ahead of time
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering results
  • A commitment to 25 hours talk-time per week

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates with 1+ years in Medicare
  • Active health license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, quoting platforms, and virtual enrollment processes
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and support systems
