• Pass security check DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Communication
• Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers

• Respects patients’ rights to privacy, dignity and confidentiality 2. Duties
• * Verify accuracy of patient’s insurance company name/address
• Enter the following charges daily using appropriate CPT code and ICD-10 code Office Charges, CIG Professional Charges, SCECWC Facility Charges, SCECNE Facility Charges, Anesthesia Charges, Pathology Charges, Hospital Charges and Lab Charges
• Append appropriate modifiers as indicated
• Run Daily Report for Balancing at end of day 3. Job Quality Requirements
