Marketing Professional

The purpose of the Marketing Professional is to promote and support effective Marketing plans to meet business line objectives and produce world-class marketing collateral, campaigns and materials that support the ManpowerGroup family of brands. Making an Impact

  • Prepare presentations, flyers, advertising, marketing materials/collateral to support sales efforts while ensuring adherence to the branding guidelines.
  • Work closely with, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales and Marketing Intelligence teams to develop and execute Account-based Marketing plans including campaigns, email marketing initiatives and other sales support initiatives.
  • Liaise closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders to customize content to serve as the offer or delivery vehicle in marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain all brand guidelines and standards and ensure all work is held to these standards
  • Set tracking, measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data
  • Coordinate all graphical needs for the North America marketing department to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support all HTML requirements for web, email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintain relationship with our translation vendor and manage translation process
  • Administrative support for the sales team which could include coordinating the printing marketing materials, preparation of Powerpoint presentations and other duties as assigned

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

  • Remote or on-site work depending on proximity to HQ in Milwaukee
  • Reviewing your project queue and prioritizing tasks. Collaborate with the marketing team to discuss ongoing campaigns and brainstorm new ideas. Create or update marketing materials, such as presentations, flyers, or advertising copy, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Attend team meetings to align with sales and marketing goals. Work on account-based marketing plans, including developing campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and other sales support materials. Conduct research and analyze data to inform your marketing strategies.
  • Review your daily accomplishments and plan for the following day. Ensure that all marketing materials are prepared and ready for distribution.
  • Track and measure the success of campaigns, optimizing your approach based on real-time analytics.

Required

  • 3-5 Years experience in a marketing professional capacity, with a special focus on B2B Account-based Marketing (ABM), Lead Generation, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML
  • CRM (preference: Microsoft Dynamics, Highspot and ZoomInfo)
  • Workflow Management Tool (such as Basecamp, Welcome, Monday, Workfront)
