Marketing Execution and Platform Manager (Hybrid)

As a key player within the US Card Product team, you won't just manage campaigns-you will build them. We need a hands-on architect who can navigate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager with ease, transforming high-level strategy into high-performing digital experiences. Responsibilities:Build and deploy acquisition marketing directly in-platform, including email campaigns, direct mail programs, digital landing pages and platform hosted content.Own end to end campaign execution: build, QA, launch, testing, and optimization.Serve as the platform SME for acquisition marketing tools and execution standards.Execute customer focused and lifecycle targeted campaigns to drive acquisition and early engagement.Translate campaign strategy and creative into production ready executions.Coordinate campaign scheduling, deployments, and updates across channels.Partner with Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Technology to ensure alignment and compliance.Design and execute A/B and incrementality testing, implementing changes directly in-platform.Monitor performance and apply data driven optimizations.Ensure adherence to financial services marketing regulations and internal controls. Qualifications:5-8 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or acquisition marketing, including 3+ years of hands-on platform-based campaign build and deployment experience.5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or acquisition marketing, with hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in marketing platforms (Required platform experiences: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and Jira).Strong experience executing cross-channel acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital channels, including QA, launch, testing, and optimization.Demonstrated ability to translate campaign strategy, creative assets, and business requirements into accurate, compliant, production-ready marketing executions.Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and vendor teams to manage campaign timelines, approvals, and deployments.Strong knowledge of campaign testing, performance monitoring, data-driven optimization, and compliance requirements in a regulated or financial services environment.JOBID: JN-08 Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
