Marketing Director

Remote · Hong Kong Full-time

Job Overview: The Marketing Director at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs that drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and referral growth across all markets. This position owns the full marketing mix — performance marketing, paid search and pay-per-click (PPC), geofencing and geotargeted advertising, out-of-home (OOH), social media, website, and marketing collateral — and is responsible for both internal and external communications that advance the Kolmac brand. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative leader who can translate business goals into measurable campaigns, manage agency and vendor relationships, and partner cross-functionally with growth, clinical, and operations teams. The Marketing Director contributes directly to the organization's mission of providing exceptional behavioral health care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Own performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing campaigns against cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and patient-volume targets. Plan, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, continuously testing keywords, creative, and landing pages. Develop and oversee geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs to reach prospective patients and referral sources around key locations. Direct out-of-home (OOH) advertising — billboards, transit, and place-based media — including vendor selection, placement strategy, and performance tracking. Lead the organic and paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendars, community management, and engagement reporting. Oversee development of marketing collateral — brochures, program one-pagers, signage, and digital assets — ensuring brand consistency across all programs and locations. Own the company website strategy, content, and conversion optimization, partnering with developers and SEO resources to drive organic traffic and lead generation. Lead internal and external communications, including company announcements, public relations, email marketing, and messaging that supports the Kolmac brand and reputation. Build and maintain marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models (including call tracking and vanity numbers) to measure ROI and inform budget allocation. Manage external agencies, media vendors, and creative partners, holding them accountable to deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize patient acquisition and brand impact. Partner with growth, clinical, and operations leaders to align marketing initiatives with referral development, new program launches, and location expansion. Qualifications - Education and Experience: Required: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and social media. Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools. Preferred: Knowledge of outpatient substance abuse treatment. Bachelor's Degree Experience with outreach and business development in the substance abuse and mental health space. Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite. Familiar with managed care. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Location: Remote Base Compensation Range: $120,000- $135,000 Expected Travel Requirement: Travel is required, less than 10%. Gas can be reimbursed within company guidelines.
