• Key Responsibilities
• * Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and influencer channels.
• * Support the development of seasonal marketing calendars and promotional plans.

• * Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
• * Assist with event planning, fashion shows, pop-ups, and collaborations.
• * Monitor and analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights.
• * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
• * Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• * Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall brand identity.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Business, or a related field.
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• * Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• * Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
• * Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience
• * Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• * Experience managing social media channels and coordinating marketing campaigns.
• * Previous involvement in event management or influencer partnerships is highly desirable.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time position, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• * Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during special events, launches, or campaigns.
