• Editing and publishing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Ads)
• Scheduling content and managing posting calendars
• Monitoring social media engagement and audience interaction
• Running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitoring advertising performance, budgets, and conversions
• Generating and nurturing leads through organic and paid marketing strategies
• Improving funnels and lead conversion processes
• Tracking KPIs and campaign performance
• Analyzing marketing performance and providing reports with actionable insights
• Supporting CRM management and marketing automation workflows
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing systems
• Following SOPs, deadlines, and manager instructions
• Communicating daily progress and updates with the team
