Drives toward results, utilizing proven abilities to successfully inform and educate consumers regarding mortgage loan solutions, resulting in written requests for credit. 3. Receives inbound mortgage related calls forwarded by the Convenience Banking Call Center. May make outbound calls based on client profiles. 4. Has urgency toward goal achievement and thrives in a fast paced environment. Reports on sales activities and pipeline as required. 5. Develops and deepens relationships with bank partners, the real estate community, as well as other centers of influence. 6. Performs networking activities through community involvement and attending networking events. 7. Builds rapport with borrowers while evaluating their needs and beginning the loan application process. 8. Obtains required information and documentation from borrowers throughout the loan process. 9. Analyzes and evaluates applicants’ credit and finances in order to provide guidance and make recommendations. 10. Works closely with Loan Operations staff and facilitates successful underwriting and closing of loans. 11. Maintains thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, compliance, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. 12. Actively cross-sells First Commonwealth Bank products and services per predetermined goal assignment. Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications________________________________ 1. Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). The NMLS website (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. 2. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s degree or advanced training is preferred. 3. A minimum of one (1) year of mortgage origination experience is preferred. 4. Exceptional time management ability is critical, as are communication and organizational skills. 5. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally. 6. May be eligible for Telecommuting.
