Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Develops customer focused plans to drive year over year non-salary cost and variation reductions for the health system and measures performance to system, team, and individual goals. Oversees development, communication, and implementation of strategic sourcing and value analysis project plans and activities to include management of schedule, cost, resources, and deliverables throughout all levels of the organization. Provides oversight of negotiations and execution of contracts for services and supplies in accordance with Sutter standards and works with business partners at the strategic level, understanding goals and proposing plans to support them effectively. Identifies program critical success factors and driving mitigation of significant issues and risks are key to this role. Job Description: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Healthcare Administration or related field TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 8 years of recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Ability to lead multidisciplinary groups and present to various levels of the organization Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio. Pay Range is $138,881.60 to $208,332.80 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
