As we expand beyond our core IHE service, Signify is building a suite of new in-home and virtual health services to better identify chronic conditions, close gaps in care, and increase access to preventive care. We are growing our team and looking for a Manager, Digital Product - Hybrid Visits to support the development, and expansion of our Hybrid Delivery Model. This model pairs in-home clinical associates with virtual clinicians to deliver accessible, efficient and cost effective care to health plan members.

About the Role

You will work across product, engineering, clinical, and operations to ensure the model works reliably in real-world conditions and can scale across markets. This role will own the end-to-end execution and evolution of the Hybrid Visit experience, supporting the transition from late-stage pilot through early scale. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role that includes analysis, and early-stage product development and execution. Your work will directly shape near-term business results and lay the groundwork for long-term growth. Responsibilities: End-to-end product execution: Support the delivery across the full Hybrid Visit lifecycle including scheduling and pairing, in-home workflows, virtual interactions, documentation, and downstream processes such as billing, labs processing and post-visit care coordination. Operational Reliability & Scaling: Identify and resolve failure points in real-world execution improving reliability, member and clinician experience, and overall visit performance. Workflow & Systems Integration: Work across multiple systems and domains to ensure seamless flow from targeting and scheduling through completion and post-visit workflows. Metrics & Performance Ownership: Define, monitor and communicate key operational and product performance metrics to support continuous improvement, cross-functional alignment and scaling decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders - including product, clinical, operations, finance, client success, and sales teams - to align on goals, capture feedback, and support decision-making processes. Development of Clinician Network: You will partner closely with stakeholders to establish a network of lower licensure clinicians to support the Hybrid Delivery Model. User & Stakeholder Feedback Integration: Partner with clinicians, operations teams, client success, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, identify workflow pain points, and translate operational learnings into prioritized product and process improvements. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in product management, product development or operational product management within healthcare or health technology. You have a Bachelor’s degree at a minimum. Advanced degree preferred, particularly focused in business, finance, engineering and/or healthcare. Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution in ambiguous, fast changing environments. Strong operational and systems thinking, with experience working across interconnected workflows, platforms, or operational processes involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Ability to identify operational risks, and support pragmatic decision-making across clinical, operational, and technical teams. Comfortable working across multiple teams to drive alignment and execution. A passion for innovation and building new products or care delivery models that improve healthcare access, experience, and outcomes. String analytics and creative problem solving skills, with the ability to frame problems, synthesize insights and propose actionable solutions. Proficiency with product development concepts and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid), agile methodologies, user journeys, and product documentation. Familiarity with healthcare delivery, clinical workflow, or hybrid/virtual care models is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear narratives and influence stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Lead Director, Digital Product. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
