Key Responsibilities

Assess client digital maturity and identify opportunities for transformation. Develop and articulate digital strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans. Advise clients on emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of digital initiatives. Manage client relationships and ensure project success from initiation to completion. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on digital adoption and best practices. Analyze the impact of digital initiatives on business performance and KPIs. Stay current with the latest advancements in digital technologies and their business applications. Collaborate with technology partners and vendors as needed. Contribute to the development of the firm's digital transformation practice.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy, IT consulting, or related technology advisory roles. Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of key digital technologies and their strategic implications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with agile methodologies and change management is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote collaboration.
