Lately I’ve been researching the US trucking dispatching and logistics support industry and I’m considering building a serious long term operation in this space. I’m mainly looking for someone with REAL experience in areas such as Truck dispatching Freight brokerage support Carrier sales Load booking US logistics operations Dispatcher management Building dispatch teams SOP/process creation Appointment setting for trucking companies Ideally, you are someone who Has actually worked in the industry Understands how dispatch operations run daily Can help avoid beginner mistakes Speaks strong English Has leadership/management ability Wants to build something long term rather than just clock in/out This can start as consulting/advisory operations management team lead role or potentially grow into something much bigger depending on experience and fit.
