Looking for Data Analyst Remote Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and tune SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and datasets to support scalable reporting, reconciliation, and feed validation across structured and semi-structured data sources.
• Use Microsoft Graph and other APIs to extract, correlate, and enrich data needed for end user compliance, operational analytics, and cross-platform reporting.
• Manage Tier 3 and higher ticketing system queue and process tickets, acting as point of escalation interface with IT and business units.
• Develop and manage data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting processes using Microsoft SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Graph, flat files, APIs, and other enterprise data sources to support recurring and ad hoc compliance reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Graph, Alteryx, relational data concepts, ETL and ELT patterns, APIs, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Experience with dashboard design, DAX, data cleansing, reconciliation, feed monitoring, and enterprise reporting governance is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding and experience with data architecture, data lineage, source system analysis, structured and semi-structured data, validation controls, exception handling, and enterprise data movement across internal and external platforms.
