Job Description Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad is seeking a highly experienced litigation attorney to join our Construction Defect Defense Practice Group. This is a remote position offering leadership opportunities within a collaborative and sophisticated litigation team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of civil defense litigation experience, with a strong background in construction defect matters, including representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other construction professionals. This position involves managing complex caseloads, leading litigation strategy, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications
