Our established default servicing law firm is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our Collections Department at McPhail Sanchez, LLC as an entry-level paralegal. You’ll play a vital role in assisting our legal team with a variety of tasks related to creditor representation. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing prior experience, we offer a supportive environment, comprehensive training, and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing client referrals and initiating legal actions Draft and manage court pleadings and related legal documents Support post-judgment collection efforts, including follow-up and case monitoring Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and efficiency What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethics and reliability are essential Ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks Prior collections or legal experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Why Join Us?
