Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning Alliance Manager to drive partnerships and solution sales within the Higher Education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling EdTech solutions, particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS), Campus Management Systems (CMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and digital learning platforms to universities, polytechnics, vocational institutions, and private education providers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Solution Sales Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with universities, polytechnics, vocational colleges, and private training providers. Drive the sales and adoption of EdTech solutions including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Campus Management Systems (CMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), digital learning platforms, and professional education programs. Consult with institutional stakeholders to understand their digital transformation, student engagement, and learning delivery needs. Present tailored solutions and develop compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable educational and operational outcomes. Partnership & Alliance Management Lead the onboarding and activation of new education partners, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of solutions. Collaborate with partners to develop annual business plans, growth strategies, and performance review frameworks. Build executive-level relationships with university leadership, academic departments, registrars, IT teams, and learning innovation offices. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic alliance partners and key stakeholders. Demand Generation & Growth Co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns, industry events, webinars, and branding initiatives to drive awareness and student acquisition. Develop and implement sales-driven demand generation programs to support partner enrollment and revenue targets. Enable partner sales and marketing teams through training, sales tools, and best practices to improve lead conversion and student recruitment outcomes. Monitor pipeline performance, enrollment metrics, and partner KPIs to ensure targets are achieved. Higher Education Solutions & Program Development Support institutions in evaluating and implementing digital learning and academic management solutions. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align technology solutions with institutional objectives. Contribute to program validation, curriculum partnerships, and lifelong learning initiatives where applicable. Stay informed on trends in higher education, online learning, digital transformation, and workforce development.

Requirements

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, or partnership management. Proven experience selling Learning Management Systems (LMS), Campus Management Systems (CMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), or related education technology solutions to higher education institutions. Strong network within universities, polytechnics, vocational institutions, or private education providers. Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers. Strong consultative selling, relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills. Understanding of higher education operations, digital learning ecosystems, and student lifecycle management. Preferred Existing relationships with higher education institutions, education authorities, or training providers. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within the education sector. Knowledge of online learning, lifelong learning, accreditation, and curriculum development frameworks.
