Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack blockchain applications. Architect secure and scalable smart contracts using languages like Solidity . Develop backend services and APIs to support blockchain integrations. Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces for decentralized applications. Manage and mentor a team of blockchain and full-stack developers. Oversee code quality, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of blockchain solutions. Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategic planning for blockchain initiatives. Evaluate and integrate third-party blockchain services and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain development. Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects. Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Extensive experience with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum) and smart contract development using Solidity . Familiarity with Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js) and blockchain development tools (Truffle, Hardhat). Understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural design skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with security best practices in smart contract and application development. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for blockchain applications.
