Job Description: We’re looking for a Klaviyo email marketing expert with proven experience driving revenue through strategic flows, campaigns, and optimization—not just initial setup. The goal is to update, optimize, and expand our current email marketing system for a supplement e-commerce brand. Zoom calls will be necessary for collaboration and inital setup. (webcam not needed) ⸻ Scope of Work: Building, optimizing, and/or refining the following campaigns and flows (including but not limited to):

• Welcome Flow
• Browse Abandonment Flow
• Post Purchase Flow (education + cross-sell)
• Abandoned Cart Reminder
• Abandoned Checkout Reminder
• Back In Stock Flow
• Customer Winback (including A/B testing time delays)
• Low Inventory Reminder
• Price Drop Notification

• Proven experience with Klaviyo for e-commerce
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused copywriting
• Ability to design clean, high-converting email layouts
• Experience with segmentation and automation strategy
• Familiarity with Shopify integration
