You will work closely with experienced consultants and senior client executives to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and develop actionable recommendations. • Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify key business drivers and performance gaps. Assist in the development of strategic plans, business models, and operational improvement initiatives. Prepare presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with client teams to facilitate the implementation of agreed-upon solutions. Support senior consultants in project management activities. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a strong academic record is essential. 0-2 years of relevant experience, internships in consulting, finance, or strategy roles are highly valued. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. High degree of initiative, a proactive approach, and a strong work ethic.
