Junior Immigration Paralegal Part-Time
• *E2 VISA Experience Required Join a fast-paced, boutique immigration law firm supporting clients from around the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Paralegal (part-time) to assist with essential case preparation and client coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in immigration law while working closely with an attorney and a diverse client base. Job Duties
- Communicate with clients to collect required information and documents
- Prepare and complete immigration forms, including DS-160, DS-260, I-129, and I-140
- Schedule and coordinate client calls and follow-ups
- Maintain and update case files using immigration case management software
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of forms and supporting materials Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a law firm in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with immigration software (such as INSZoom, LawLogix, or similar) is a plus This role is ideal for someone proactive, reliable, and eager to build foundational experience in immigration law. Pay $25.00 per hour Benefits
