Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Core responsibilities: Financial Modeling & Pro Forma Development Review, modify, and enhance existing pro forma financial templates Ensure models are accurate, flexible, and aligned with business assumptions Support scenario analysis and financial forecasting for strategic decision-making Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable Record day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced Support payroll processing and related statutory obligations Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end close Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external auditors/accountants as needed Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
