This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help reputed company operations running smoothly and on time. • Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support
• Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution
• Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and reputed company activities
• Track performance and report on delivery reputed company
• Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication reputed company’re Looking For
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented
