Position Overview: We are seeking a determined REMOTE Junior Business Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. This includes defining as-is and to-be processes, supporting solution design through wireframes or visuals when needed, and managing requirements through approval and change control processes. The role also supports testing and delivery by developing UAT plans, identifying process improvements, and ensuring readiness for operational changes. In addition, the BA will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, L&D, IT/development and other cross functional teams as needed. This position will help translate complex needs into clear, actionable insights while maintaining documentation standards and project consistency. *This is not a data or reporting role. You will not be expected to: Write SQL queries Build dashboards or reports Perform deep data mining or statistical analysis *Instead, your success will come from your ability to: Define what the business needs Align stakeholders Ensure the solution delivered matches the requirement Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for prioritized initiatives Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on scope and requirements.
