Requirements

What You'll Do Accounting Handle bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end closing Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) Coordinate tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax) - work with tax agencies when needed Manage bank reconciliations and expense tracking Support external audits and liaise with auditors Payroll & HR Process payroll for employees Handle social security and personal income tax calculations Maintain employee records and benefits administration Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new contract preparation, contract renewals, and offboarding. Admin Assist with compliance matters General office administration Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years experience in accounting or Assistant Tax/audit firm experience is a PLUS (but not required) Good English - able to write emails and communicate with international clients Proficient in Excel Understanding of Thai tax law and accounting standards Eager to learn and willing to support HR/admin tasks
